Privacy Policy

1. What this site is

agbagerard.com is the personal website of Gerard Agba, a freelance n8n workflow builder. It exists to share free workflow templates and offer paid services to direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

2. What I collect

• Email address — when you submit a form to download a workflow template or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Basic analytics — anonymous page views, country-level geography, referrer. No fingerprinting.
• Booking info — if you book a call via Cal.com/Calendly, that service collects name, email, and any details you provide.

3. Where it goes

Email submissions are stored by Beehiiv, my email service provider. Booking data is stored by the calendar provider (Cal.com or Calendly). Analytics is stored anonymously by GitHub Pages access logs and (if added later) a privacy-friendly analytics tool. I don’t sell or share your data.

4. How you can opt out or delete your data

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your data entirely, email hello@agbagerard.com and I’ll remove you from all systems within 14 days (typically 1–2 days).

5. Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Embedded videos (YouTube) and forms (Beehiiv) may set their own cookies when loaded.

6. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect data from them.
