1. Use of free workflow templates

Workflow JSON files, setup guides, and walkthroughs distributed via this site are licensed for your own commercial and personal use. You may modify them. You may not resell them or republish them as a paid product or course.

2. No warranty

Templates are provided “as-is.” They are reference implementations, not certified production code. You are responsible for testing them against your own data before relying on them for financial reporting, compliance, or any other business-critical purpose.

3. Paid services

Paid engagements (workflow installs, custom builds) are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed at engagement start. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of free templates or this website.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date above will change when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
